The BFTT-3000A is designed to measure the starting and rotating torque of bearings using the equilibrium measurement method. The motor rotates the outer ring of the bearing, and the torque sensor connected to the inner ring measures the equilibrium torque, which represents the friction torque of the bearing. The data and curves obtained from measurements can be used to analyse the friction performance of the bearing. This provides a reliable basis for evaluating the bearing's performance.
